Return Policy

Every spare parts order from ICON Services is custom manufactured. Since every product is custom made, returned items cannot always be resold and therefore we will not accept any returns.

  • Double check your order before you complete your check out and make sure everything is correct. If you see a mistake after you check out, please notify us as quickly as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, since we fabricate and ship very quickly, this is not always possible.

Manufacturing Error

If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, an exchange for a correct or undamaged item will be made. Customers do not have to pay return shipping fees in the case of manufacturer error.

Order Cancellations

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the shop immediately after the order is confirmed, therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be canceled BEFORE you receive the Invoice-Payment accepted Email. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.

Deliveries and Dates

All delivery and shipment dates indicated on the face hereof are approximate and subject to Seller’s availability schedule. Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery date(s) quoted. However, Seller will not be liable for its failure to meet the quoted delivery dates or for any delay in performance hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or shortages, due to causes beyond its control, or due to its voluntary or mandatory compliance with any governmental act, regulation, or request. If, by reason of such circumstances, Seller’s supplies of the equipment or service (hereinafter the “Product(s)”) covered hereby are limited, Seller shall have the right to allocate the available supply among its customers in such manner as it, in its sole discretion, determines appropriate.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, all prices are subject to increase without notice to reflect changes in: (1) Federal or State laws taxing raw material or processed materials; (2) applicable laws or regulations governing working hours or compensation of labor; and/or (3) freight charges, insurance costs, duty or other factors affecting costs of shipment.


Packing and Loss or Damage in Transit.
Products will be packed for shipment by the Seller in a manner suitable to the choice of shipment method specified by Buyer. The Buyer will have a list of shipping options to choose from varying in price depending on timing. Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer at the time of the sale through the Seller’s preregistered shipping accounts. Unless otherwise indicated on the face hereof, all sales hereunder are f.o.b. destination, and all risk of loss or damage to equipment in transit is upon Seller and transit company.
